Gate 11 Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Gate 11 website, online ordering, pickup, delivery, reservation requests, contact forms, third-party links, and related restaurant services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, placing an order, submitting a reservation request, using online checkout, clicking a third-party delivery link, contacting the restaurant, or using any related online service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or online services.
Restaurant Availability
All online orders, pickup orders, delivery orders, reservation requests, menu items, specials, prices, hours, and services are subject to restaurant availability, kitchen capacity, staffing, operating hours, item availability, payment-processing availability, delivery availability, and restaurant confirmation.
Gate 11 may refuse, cancel, delay, adjust, or contact the customer about any order or request for any reasonable business, safety, operational, legal, pricing, availability, or fraud prevention reason.
Online Orders
Submitting an online order does not guarantee immediate acceptance, preparation, fulfillment, or delivery. Orders may require restaurant review. If an item is unavailable, if a price or menu error occurs, or if an order cannot be fulfilled as submitted, Gate 11 may cancel the item, modify the order after contacting the customer, reject the order, or provide a reasonable alternative.
Customers are responsible for reviewing order details, selected items, modifiers, sizes, quantities, pickup or delivery method, scheduled time, contact information, address, payment method, tip, taxes, fees, and total before submitting the order.
Pickup Orders
Pickup orders may be paid at the restaurant unless online payment is selected or required. Pickup timing is an estimate and may change based on kitchen volume, item availability, order size, staffing, equipment, or other conditions. Customers are responsible for picking up orders promptly.
Delivery
Delivery is available only when enabled by Gate 11 and may be limited by address, distance, timing, staffing, weather, traffic, order volume, payment status, or other operational factors. Delivery fees, taxes, tips, and minimums may apply. Gate 11 may reject or cancel a delivery order that cannot be reasonably fulfilled.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available at the delivery location. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, staffing, order volume, or other conditions outside the restaurant’s control.
Third-Party Delivery Links
This website may link to third-party delivery or ordering platforms. Orders placed through third-party platforms are subject to that platform’s own terms, prices, fees, promotions, refund policies, delivery timing, privacy practices, and customer service rules. Gate 11 is not responsible for third-party platform errors, fees, delays, driver conduct, technical issues, refunds, account problems, or policy decisions.
Pricing, Taxes, Fees, and Tips
Menu prices, descriptions, photos, taxes, delivery fees, tips, discounts, specials, item availability, and totals may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but errors may occur. Gate 11 may correct pricing or calculation errors, reject orders affected by errors, or contact the customer before completing the order.
Tips are voluntary unless otherwise stated. If a customer selects a tip, custom tip, delivery fee, or online payment, the customer authorizes that amount as part of the order total.
Payment Processing
Online payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Payment approval, declines, refunds, chargebacks, verification, fraud review, processing delays, and payment errors may be handled by that provider according to its own terms and policies. Gate 11 does not intentionally store full payment card numbers on this website.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Contact the restaurant as soon as possible for order changes, cancellation requests, refund questions, or reservation changes. We will review requests reasonably, but once food preparation has started, once an order is ready, once an order has been picked up, or once delivery is in progress, cancellation, replacement, or refund options may be limited or unavailable.
Refunds, credits, remakes, or adjustments are not guaranteed and may be handled case by case at Gate 11’s discretion, subject to applicable law, payment processor rules, and restaurant operational circumstances.
Reservation Requests
A reservation request submitted through the website is not a confirmed reservation until Gate 11 confirms it. Reservation availability depends on seating capacity, staffing, date, time, group size, restaurant events, and operational conditions. Gate 11 may accept, reject, modify, or request more information about any reservation request.
Food Allergies, Ingredients, and Food Safety
Customers with allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or medical concerns should contact the restaurant directly before ordering. Menu descriptions may not list every ingredient. Our kitchen may use shared equipment, shared fryers, shared preparation surfaces, and common storage areas.
Gate 11 cannot guarantee that any menu item is free from allergens, cross-contact, gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, seafood, or other ingredients. Customers order and consume food at their own discretion and risk.
Website Accuracy and Availability
We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, real-time accuracy, or that all website functions will always work. The website may be affected by browser storage limits, device issues, internet problems, hosting issues, maintenance, software errors, third-party service failures, or other technical conditions.
Customer Information and Communication
By submitting your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order details, reservation details, or message, you authorize Gate 11 to use that information to process and communicate about your order, reservation, pickup, delivery, payment, customer service request, or related restaurant service.
Prohibited Use
You may not misuse this website, submit false orders or false reservation requests, submit fraudulent payment information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, copy protected content, scrape data, impersonate another person, harass staff, abuse restaurant systems, or use the website for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or disruptive activity.
Brand, Content, and Intellectual Property
Gate 11 digital content and brand materials are property of GR8 GROUP LLC or their respective owners. Website content, branding, design, images, menu content, text, layout, logos, and digital materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, scraped, or commercially used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gate 11, GR8 GROUP LLC, owners, managers, employees, contractors, vendors, service providers, and affiliates are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to website use, online ordering, third-party services, unavailable items, delays, errors, technical issues, payment issues, delivery issues, reservation requests, or restaurant service interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
No Warranty
The website and online services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Gate 11 does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, current, or compatible with every device, browser, or internet connection.
Governing Law
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection or other laws are not waived where such waiver is prohibited by law.
